Moinho hydropower plant

Moinho hydropower plant is located on the Bernardo José river in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

The power plant has a total head of 46.5m and the powerhouse is equipped with two Francis turbines, which receive water through a 2,800m long tunnel with 4.75m in diameter. The RCC dam is 13m high.
